Percutaneous Liver Biopsy Technique: National Practice Survey

Dear Colleague,

We are undertaking an anonymised survey of percutaneous liver biopsy technique.

The aim of this survey is to establish the range of practice in percutaneous liver biopsy in the UK.

Every effort has been made to ensure that only the appropriate recipient receives this questionnaire. However if you feel you should not have received it we apologise and we would be grateful if you would could let us know via email below. Colleague confidentiality is very important to us. Only members of the study team will review your returned questionnaire and no personal details will be collected. The questionnaire will be stored securely and destroyed six months after the final report is published.
